The scope of work included updating the structure to improve durability and efficiency in this exposed coastal environment. Sustainable materials and modern construction techniques were introduced to ensure the building is better equipped to withstand the elements while minimizing its environmental impact. Inside, the café was reconfigured to optimize workflow, creating a practical space for staff and an improved experience for visitors. Upgrades included a modernized kitchen, enhanced storage solutions, and energy-efficient systems to support operations.

Externally, the renovation preserved the café’s character while incorporating contemporary touches. Seating areas were improved to maximize the breathtaking views, and the outdoor spaces were carefully landscaped to blend seamlessly with the environment. The project has transformed Kynance Cove Café into a modern and functional space that remains in harmony with the natural beauty of the cove.
