Private House Constantine Bay

Constructed as 2 houses in one and linked by a communal living room /kitchen.  The site is triangular in form and is orientated East/West and so a double aspect Green oak framed room makes best use of this link between East/West, front and back.

This private residence was designed in 3 sections.  The West section is designed as a self contained 2 bed, living/kitchen with wet room shower/drying room.  The East section consists of 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite plus snug and GF bathroom, both sections built with traditional cavity block work.  The East section also had a bespoke curved oak staircase manufactured by our own joinery workshop.  The centre section was built in green oak and glass allowing rafters and purlins exposed as a feature all tiled with stainless steel rod wire.  This section also consisted of a bespoke kitchen with treated oak worktops and front & rear glass top porches, designed specialist lighting and audio equipment.
